"Cursor"......

Brought this, not so wee, chap back from the workshop a couple of days ago. Spatial awareness NOT being my thang, I under estimated the length of it rather badly and ended up having to strap the poor chap into the boot of my Fiat 500 with the boot lid tied to his neck and his face getting more than a fair share of exhaust fumes. Still, he arrived, and that is the main thing. Still can't decide where to place him, or rather HE who must be obeyed, and I can't agree on placement.

He stands 2m tall and is all legs but I still love him to bits.....that's the statue, No. 4 in the series, "Cursor", I'm referring to, of course ;)

fiddling around on a weekend!

In a desperate attempt to try and clarify my life, I have now separated the goings on at Villas Fawakay with the goings on at the workshop! Hence the new blog........

Had a couple of hours spare yesterday, so I decided to try and tidy up the small mountain of metal accumulating in my workshop. True to form, I tidied away not a single thing, but instead fiddled on with a few bits I unearthed.......this is what resulted. It's not big (only 40cm tall) but worthy of a few hours fiddling! Morphed into a couple hugging......

One of the girls who works here stuck it in the Villas Fawakay shop, and a guest bought it this morning!! Far more lucrative than tidying up lumps of metal ;)

Hopefully will bring back "Cursor" today. the 4th in the series........just got to find a wee hole in which to put it ;)
